CIO Views | Stephen Hultquist
| Stephen Hultquist is Principal with Infinite Summit, a business and technology consultancy. In that role he provides a wide range of services, including on-demand strategy services that he calls "virtual CIO" and "virtual CTO." His focus is on developing demonstrable business advantage through strategic use of people, processes, and technology. His customers include Internet Managed Services companies that were able to achieve 62% gross margins using his technology strategy and designs, smaller businesses in manufacturing and integration who increased their revenue and profits by 35%, and large multi-national technology companies who he helps to design and market their products. Stephen started his career with IBM, matriculating to Senior Engineer in less than ten years. He then founded and helped to start a number of venture-funded companies throughout the late 90s and early part of the 21st century. He now writes and speaks professionally on a number of topics, and recently had his first non-technical book published: Open Your Heart with Skiing; Mastering Life Through Love of the Turns. |
