BadCo and GoodCo meet in a merger ... no, this is not a joke. Not even close.
BadCo outsourced its entire IT and the integration was, and still is, a nightmare.
"Nothing came easily with the BadCo integration. Instead of a couple of techie guys discussing the best way to redistribute routes and coming to a gentleman's agreement, BadCo had a process that required paperwork for all manner of inane minutiae and nothing was free. Our Off the Record was there and reports on the chaos in Captain Obvious and his ship of fools.

The headaches continue, though.
