What is your computer setup?
Pentium 4 whitebox with 2GB RAM, RAID 1 Mirrored 250GB drives, and 3 19" LCDs. I have one of these configs at work and one at home. As well as a cheapo Sony Vaio that I use on the road.
What desktop software applications do you use daily?
Thunderbird and Firefox.
What websites do you visit every day?
Slashdot, News.com, NYTimes.com, Google
What mobile device or cell phone do you use?
Blackberry 8700c - The best phone I have ever owned. My quality of life noticeably improved when I switched to this device from the Treo 650.
Do you use IM?
peteryared@yahoo.com
Do you use a VoIP phone?
No, HISS they HISS suck HISS and HISS CLICK
Do you have a personal organization theory?
For startups, it is very simple: keep everyone aligned towards the same goal. It is fine if the entire ship is moving in a slightly wrong direction, because you can adjust it. But if different groups and individuals are off doing their own thing and arguing with each other, it is a complete disaster.
Anything else?
