Apple has posted a detailed Guided Tour, which gives a nice overview of many of the iPhone's features. This shows things which haven't been publicized before, such as the Mail settings that are available, how YouTube works (hint: just like it does on AppleTV), and how to enable/disable airplane mode.
Another very cool new piece of information is that the iPhone will be able to display Word and Excel documents, not just the standard Text, PDF, etc.
Check it out:

Oh that gorgeous high-resolution widescreen. It invites you to touch it - which is just as well, given that's how you interact with the iPhone.

While using Safari for the Application interface, any one can use an App designed for the iPhone. But this is not without a few draw backs as well, all of the extra features of the phone cannot be utilized. An example would be a game not being able to use the included vibrate function for force feedback.
