Emerging Enterprise: Amazon's Elastic and Microsoft's SBS Recall

I couldn't help but notice your last name, as there aren't that many "Rists" in the US. My side of the family comes from a rist who was brought up in the Adirondack Mtns in NYS, but is descended from a famiy of I think 12 kids that were born in Vermont, near springfield and made chairs that were sold in Boston. I know that other Rists are descended form Hessian troops that stayed on after the revolutionary war. I was wondering if you were related to the Vermont rist's. Kevin Rist
