My 15 minutes of local fame

From today's Keene Sentinel:

When the floods struck Keene in October, Jon Udell didn't wait to read about what was happening in The Sentinel or watch a detailed television report.

Udell, a Keene resident, computer analyst and writer, hopped on his bike and set out to document the flooding himself.

And the result of Udell's effort was not a newspaper report, a radio broadcast or a standard blog entry.

Udell produced an online documentary in which he combined map images from Google, video of people dealing with the flood and audio narration. He had it posted online early Sunday afternoon. [Full story at KeeneSentinel.com]
