VMworld's list of hot topics included VMware's VDI. The VDI solution made its way into the keynote address and also made itself known on the exhibition floor. NEC announced the launch of a new virtual PC class thin client system - and Provision Networks announced its own solution for transforming the physical desktop computer and its applications into on-demand virtual services.
