Two stories that came out of Oracle's OpenWorld event center around Compellent and Pillar Data Systems. Compellent Technologies announced their membership into the Green Grid, and showed off their environmental and energy efficient products at the trade show. The other announcement came from Pillar Data Systems as they announced their support for the new Oracle server virtualization platform.
